Azienda International Insurance Underwriting Agency with office in Milan Offerta The Head of Distribution in Italy will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for managing the distribution network of small brokers and sub-brokers (Section E). The role will focus on growing the distribution channels, enhancing lead generation, and ensuring the effectiveness of our broker network across all business lines.
Key performance indicators for this role will include broker acquisition, lead generation effectiveness, and revenue growth from the distribution network.
